Good Quality
I purchased the Firecan, lighter and growler as a gift for a friend. It is made of good quality steel and seems to be well made. My friend was very excited to receive it but hasn’t had a chance to use it yet. I bought a growler for myself and really like the convenient size. Sure beats all those little green bottles and is easy to use & store! Really great when you don’t need a large bottle.

The DELUXE Way to GRILL!!
If you love the original FIRECAN like I do, you will think the FIRECAN DELUXE is AMAZING! I was excited to try cooking with the grill insert so for our first cook we grilled up some veggies and Italian sausages for the perfect camp dinner. Whats great about the DELUXE is the cooking insert along with the additional of a second gas input. With 2 gas inputs and 2 separate burners, one for cooking and one for campfire mode you can choose between flipping burgers or enjoying an evening burn. When using cooking mode, you get a crisp blue flame for clean, even cooking. Plus the cooking insert and grill grate are simple to use and easy to clean up afterward. Also IGNIK thought of everything by adding a drip pan attached underneath the FIRECAN to catch any excess grease so no mess at all during the cooking process. Once cooking was done, we removed the grill insert so it could cool down, then swapped over to the campfire mode. I was excited to see a higher flame coming from the FIRECAN DELUXE compared to what we are used to with the original FIRECAN. This higher flame is because of the upgraded 1.2mm size gas jet in the DELUXE that gives you the glow of a warm orange and yellow flame that seems to shout “come chill and roast some marshmallows!” Plus with the stronger flame you get additional warmth too! No matter if you are using the FIRECAN DELUXE in the backcountry, on the back roads or on the back porch you are going to LOVE IT! I pair mine with the IGNIK 5lb Gas Growler!

This is a total game changer and the quality is unparalleled. As a full time “overlander” it’s pretty inconvenient to have to build a campfire for either warmth or to quickly grill something up especially on a consistent basis, add fire bans to that and you end up having to get crafty with different solutions. My previous setup consisted of a portable propane fire pit and a portable grill, which took up valuable space and weight in my vehicle. Not only does this unit pull double duty with a much smaller footprint, but the ease of use and efficiency is freaking amazing. Living on the road full time, efficiency is your most valuable asset. The only limitations I see for the Firecan Deluxe is it’s probably good for about four people max, but for my setup this unit checks all of the boxes.
