Our newest addition to the family means that this summer we will be camping with an infant and three children ranging in ages 4-10, which makes choosing the right gear for our adventure even more important. The idea of an SUV tent that would attach directly to my car and allow us additional sleeping space inside the cargo area, plus easy access to our gear, sounded extremely convenient when camping with kids in tow.

This was a bit of a game changer for me. First, this tent is huge. Slated to sleep at least 4, it’s the headroom that I love the most. I can stand up and still have a few feet above me. That means no stooping to get dressed, and no smacking your head on a hanging lantern. Next is the nifty part – it hooks up to your car. There is durable, stretchy tube that makes the back of your car part of the tent for a massive amount of extra space for storage, organization, or even sleeping if you want to fold down all the seats

Trial by fire with winds and rains
If you are in the market for an AMAZING tent for your Jeep Wrangler, look no further. This tent was put to the test on its initial voyage. And what a voyage it was.
Purchased the #NapierSportzSUVTent for a trip to Daytona Bike Week 2022, camping in the Daytona Speedway infield. Arrived under dark skies and was able to assemble the tent easily for a female solo traveler, with no issues. Although, it seems to be made for hard top vehicles, it fit my soft top easily and I was able to adjust the tie-down straps in alternate locations.
Keep in mind, the rainfly only covers the tent itself and does NOT cover the part that attaches to the vehicle. I made sure to tie a tarp from the Jeep to the tent rainfly “just in case.” It wasn’t just the sounds of loud thunder coming from the motorcycles that roared into town. The storms rolled in with a fury. 20—30 mph winds and torrential downpour. When things cleared up, the Napier tent was one of the last tents standing proudly. Many of the other campers scurried away with what little remained of their tents. Most of the tents ended up in the trash.
Buy the Napier Sportz SV Tent 82000! It doesn’t disappoint and worth the investment.
